1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account on Glyphys you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Glyphys. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats of violence, or targeted abuse.
• No illegal content, including content that infringes copyright or other rights.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, or attempts to scrape the service.
• No automated account creation, vote manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

4. Email member feature

Personal @glyphys.com email is a free perk granted at our discretion to active members. We may revoke email access without notice if we observe spam complaints, hard bounces above a threshold, or any abuse pattern that risks our domain reputation. Sending limits apply.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Glyphys a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is permanently removed except where we are legally required to retain it.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that emails will always be delivered.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
